Myrna Pittman Bio
Myrna J. Pittman, is the author of “How to Lead in the Workplace with Godly Principles” which is based on her experiences while in leadership positions for over 32 years in corporate America. The book not only discusses the tenets of leadership, but it addresses the importance of valuing people, and leading with integrity in ways that are pleasing to God. Myrna’s passion is to help others develop their leadership capabilities so she is a sought after facilitator, speaker and presenter. Myrna worked 26 years in managerial positions at Georgia Power Company in Atlanta and close to seven years at Alabama Power in Birmingham Alabama. Myrna retired as the Vice President of Customer Services at Alabama Power in July 2011. She is the mother of four daughters and a son and is the proud grandmother of two boys.
