After working at Compaq for fourteen years, with annual revenues growing to $15 billion, she left to begin her consultancy.
For the past two decades, she has been an strategic advisor, coach, and consultant to high level leaders facing growth at lightspeed — supporting outcomes including IPOs, acquisitions, dramatic market share increases.. Karen’s clients include startups, Inc. 500 and Fortune 500 firms.
Karen has a B.S. degree in engineering from Texas A&M University and attended Columbia University for post-graduate studies.
